Abstract: Cityscape is a journal that aims to present high-quality, original research on housing and community development to scholars, government officials, and practitioners. It welcomes contributions from various disciplines, including architecture, economics, planning, sociology, and urban studies, among others. The journal is published three times a year by the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Subscriptions are free, and single copies are available for a nominal fee. Additionally, Cityscape is accessible online at http://www.huduser.org/periodicals/cityscape.html.
PD&R encourages submissions for the Refereed Papers section, with a double-blind review process conducted by highly qualified referees. The managing editor is also available to provide feedback on paper outlines and determine their suitability for publication in Cityscape. Authors can submit manuscripts or outlines via email to Cityscape@hud.gov for consideration.
