Abstract: The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), appointed by the State Government as the Special Planning Authority under Section 40(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, for the area notified for the development of the Truck Terminal, Inter-State Bus Terminal, and other complementary activities, amenities, and infrastructure associated therewith, in exercise of its powers under clause (d) of sub-section (3) of Section 40 of the said Act, hereby makes the following Development Control Regulations as part of its proposals for the development of the land.
