Abstract: This volume compiles the proceedings of Seminar 3 in the *Architectural Transformations in the Islamic World* series, held in Jakarta in 1979. Titled *Housing Process and Physical Form*, the seminar examined the relationship between housing practices and built form in Islamic societies.
