Abstract: The *Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle: Ideas, Issues & Alternatives* study explores strategies to revitalize the city’s central business district. With input from ITM, MIT, and UTM, it addresses high-density urban living through pedestrian walkways, infill developments, and new urban spines. Key proposals include revitalizing Jalan Bukit Bintang and Old Pudu Road, redeveloping the Selangor Turf Club, and integrating recreational landscapes. The study also assesses high-rise and shop-house typologies to balance density with livability. Combining city-wide projections and site-specific plans, this multidisciplinary effort envisions a vibrant, connected, and sustainable future for Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle.
