Abstract: The Land Pooling Policy (LPP) offers a transformative solution to urban planning challenges in rapidly growing cities like New Delhi. This study explores LPP’s potential as a paradigm shift in land development, focusing on Zone L and Sector 3 in New Delhi. Through an in-depth case study and layout analysis, the research evaluates the feasibility of urban development and highlights the policy’s benefits, such as efficient land use and improved infrastructure. The paper concludes with recommendations for better implementation, emphasizing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive management to ensure the success of LPP in New Delhi’s urban expansion.
