Abstract: The National Culture Fund, in partnership with the Archaeological Survey of India, is instrumental in preserving and restoring India’s diverse cultural heritage. Numerous heritage sites, including Agra Fort, Ajanta and Ellora Caves, Fatehpur Sikri, Hampi, Mahabalipuram, Nalanda, and the Red Fort, require focused attention to protect their historical, architectural, and cultural value. This initiative emphasizes strategic conservation, sustainable tourism, and active community involvement to maintain the authenticity and grandeur of these sites. By safeguarding these landmarks, the program ensures they continue to educate, inspire, and connect future generations with India’s rich and multifaceted history.
