Abstract: Notification sanctions the draft Development Plan of the Wani, Municipal Council as regards the Excluded Parts in terms of E.P. Nos 1 to 10 as specified in the Schedule of Modification (Schedule A) annexed hereto, which shall be a part of the final Development Plan of the Wani Municipal Council as regards the Excluded Parts.
