Abstract: Notification proposed modification in Clause 2.1 of Regulation 33(5) of Development Control and Promotion Regulations-2034 for Greater Mumbai. (Regulation about Development/ Redevelopment of Housing Scheme of Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Auhtority (MHADA) as per the provisions of clause 2.1(C) of Regulatrion 33(5), In case of plots having area upto 4000 sq.m without insisting MHADA’s share in the form of BUA, MHADA may allow additional BUA over and above existing BUA up to 3.00 FSI by charging premium.)
