Abstract: Notification sanction to modification in Development Plan-2034 of Greater Mumbai in respect of land bearing CTS No.840 of Village Mulund € in ‘T’ ward, Mumbai. (The state Government while sanctioning the Draft DP-2034 u/s 31(1), the reservation was not deleted by taking into consideration the pull-back policy in which the Garden/Park reservations from sanctioned Revised Development Plan-1991 had been retained in the said Development Plan.)
