Abstract: Notification proposed modification to Clause 8.1 of Regulation 33(10) of Development Control and Promotion Regulations- 2034 for Greater Mumbai. (Regulation 33(10) of the Regulations (DCPR-2034) stipulates about “Rehabilitation of Slum Dwellers”, there is a provision in Clause 8.1 of the Regulation 33(10) regarding redevelopment of existing social infrastructure like Schools, Dispensaries, Gymnasia etc, run by any public Authority or Charitable Trust in slum areas, without increase in their existing area.)
