Abstract: The Notification is proposed modification in Table No.7-A Sr.No. E of Regulation 7.0 of Unified Development Control Regulations. (Clause 7.0 of the Regulations (UDCPR) stipulates about “Higher F.S.I for certain uses” and table 7-A, Sr. No.E provides for the higher FSI for the Buildings of Government and Semi-Government Officers, Local Authorities and Public Sector Undertaking/ the land in possession of MSRTC, City Transport/ Metro Stations and Depot etc. and wheres, as per provision given in column No.5(ii) of Sr. No.E, for the land in possession of MSRTC, maximum 2/3 FSI out of Maximum building potential can be utilized for Commercial use.)
