Abstract: Notification regarding Reconstruction or Redevelopment of cluster of BDD Chawls at Naigaon, Worli, N M Joshi and Shivadi, Mumbai under Urban Renewal Scheme is incorporated in Regulation 33(9)(B) and rehab entitlement of eligible slum dweller in redevelopment scheme. Each eligible slum dweller is entitled to a tenement of carpet area of 25 sq.mt. (269 sq ft).
