Abstract: Notification regarding the reconstruction or redevelopment of cessed buildings in the Island City. Regulation 33(7), sub-clause 5, outlines the Floor Space Index (FSI) for the rehabilitation of existing tenants and occupiers, as well as incentive FSI. It permits additional rehab carpet area: 5% for single plot redevelopment, 8% for 2-6 plots, and 15% for more than 6 plots. However, the total rehab carpet area is subject to a maximum limit as defined in sub-clause 2 of the regulation. This provision aims to support tenant rehabilitation while balancing redevelopment projects.
