Abstract: Regulation 7.6 (Redevelopment of Old, Dilapidated, Dangerous Buildings) pertains to the reconstruction of general buildings in the city, whereas Regulation 10.10 of Chapter 10 of the said Regulations contains city-specific provisions for the Municipal Corporation. Regulation 10.10.1 deals with the basic FSI permissible for certain categories of plots within the Municipal Corporation area, and Regulation 10.10.2 relates specifically to the reconstruction of buildings constructed by CIDCO in that area.
