Abstract: Regulations stipulate provisions for Inclusive Housing, This provision is applicable for any residential development on land having gross plot area admeasuring 4000 sq.m. or more and as per this provision EWS/LIG housing in the form of tenements shall be constructed by owner/ developer at least to the extent of 20% of the zonal (basic) FSI and shall be handed over to the said Corporation as provided in the said Regulations; Further, as per Sub Clause (i) of Regualtion 15(2)(c), 20% of such tenements shall be alloted to project affected persons (PAPs) of vital infrastructure projects, preferably from the same ward and as per Sub Clause (ii) of Regulation 15(2)(c), balance 80% of such tenements shall be alloted to EWS/LIG households by the said Corporation on outright sale as per lottery system adopted by MHADA.
