This study highlights the area’s heritage and its importance as a commercial center. However, the district now faces challenges such as infrastructure deterioration, congestion, and the need for modernization. The paper examines these issues and proposes critical next steps for the Horniman Circle Association to restore the district’s functionality, preserve its historic character, and improve its appeal. The focus is on balancing heritage conservation with sustainable development to revitalize Horniman Circle as a thriving banking and commercial hub.
