Abstract: This notification proposes modifying the Urban Development and Control of Planning Regulations (UDCPR) to develop an Integrated Sports Complex. The facility will include a stadium, playgrounds, an indoor sports complex, open grounds, and buildings for national and international competitions. Additional amenities such as spectator galleries, player accommodations, training facilities, and residential quarters will also be included. The proposal allows for part of the area to host star-category hotels and sports-related facilities. The modification aims to enhance sports infrastructure, improve training and competition facilities, and position the area as a hub for major sporting events.
