Abstract: “Urban Trialogues: Visions Projects Co-Productions. Localising Agenda 21” offers a critical reflection on the Localising Agenda 21 (LA21) program, initiated in 1994 by UN-HABITAT and a Belgian consortium. The program focused on sustainable urban development in four cities: Nakuru (Kenya), Essaouira (Morocco), Vinh (Vietnam), and Bayamo (Cuba).
